Established in January 2010, Realize Company began by offering management consulting to small-to-medium-sized companies as its main business. Today, Realize Company functions as the holding company for the Realize Group and provides management consulting for the group. For management and finance services, Realize Company offers corporate finance, transactions such as corporate restructuring and revitalization, and valuation assessments of companies. For succession and M&A’s, Realize Company provides M&A mediation and advisory services, succession measures and finding candidate companies. For real estate services, Realize Company provides consulting on real estate fluidization and securitization, as well as overall consulting on real estate investments. For asset management services, Realize Company offers advice from a global perspective and information regarding overseas and investment products.

Established in December 2010, Realize Capital’s main activities are real estate investment and revitalization. Services include real estate investment for profit, increasing real estate value and real estate development.

Realize Corporation changed its trade name in 2016 after obtaining 100% of shares of a company specializing in the purchase and sales of trucks based in Hokkaido in May 2015. Truck Fund®, a unique financial product developed and operated by Realize Corporation, features heavy trucks and trailers as investment assets. Truck Fund® is a prominent next-generation business model that is revitalizing the transportation and financial industries. Other services include management consulting, business succession and M&A’s, and IT support for transportation companies. Realize Corporation has been a supporter of the KONDO Racing Team under the direction of Masahiko Kondo since 2018.

Established in August 2019, Realize Venture Capital is a corporate venture capital (CVC) 100% funded by Realize Corporation Inc. that develops and operates CVC funds. Main investment targets are venture capitals based on state-of-the-art technology and unique business models. Companies experiencing financial difficulties despite having management resources, long-established companies facing a crossroads due to the lack of a successor, and companies in rural areas are also considered as investment targets if a synergy with the Realize Group promises to bring growth and improve business.

Established in September 2018, SUUTA produces and operates SUUTA, a C2C rental platform that allows users to rent the items they desire, when they desire them. Users also have the option of purchasing the items they like, and the service includes insurance against damage and theft. The beta version of this platform was released in January 2020 and applies the business scheme used by Realize Corporation’s Truck Fund®.

The Japan Truck Assessment Association was established in April 2019 with the objective of providing fair assessment and guidance for the pricing and valuation of trucks and trailers in the new and used vehicle markets in Japan. Additional association objectives include profit protection for companies and investors involved in the purchase and sales of trucks and trailers, and establishing a fair market for the transactions of trucks by collecting and providing vehicle management information (statistical data using drive recorders etc.). The Japan Truck Assessment Association also envisions training authorized truck assessors in the future.
