Handling of Personal Information
Pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations, the Realize Group (hereinafter referred to as “Realize Group”) has established the following Privacy Policy and Personal Information protection mechanism and promotes the protection of Personal information.
Definition of Personal Information
“Personal Information” means information related to a living individual that can be used to identify a specific individual, such as name, date of birth, address, email address, password (including any information that can be easily collated with other information and thereby used to identify that specific individual).
Measures for Managing Security of Personal Information
The Realize Group will appropriately acquire, use, provide, hold, and delete clients’ Personal Information, and shall establish and comply with internal rules and regulations that stipulate such matters. In addition, the Realize Group always recognizes the importance of protecting Personal Information, and in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, impairment, falsification, and leakage of Personal Information, the Realize Group maintain a security system and management structure, as well as educate, train, and supervise those who handle Personal Information (including employees of contractors, etc.) and take reasonable secure management measures.

The Realize Group will use Personal Information received from the clients only within the scope of the purposes stated below:
(1) Provision of services provided by the Realize Group and related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”), as well as notices and other information relating to commencement, renewal and termination of the Services.

(4) Confirming the status of the Services after usage.

(11) Other handling that are reasonably necessary for the performance of the Services provided by the Realize Group
Prohibition of Providing or disclosing Personal Information with Third Parties
The Realize Group will properly manage Personal Information received from the clients and will not provide or disclose Personal Information to a third party, except cases set forth below:
・cases with the client’s consent
・cases where Personal Information is provided to contractors to whom the Realize Group outsources work in order to provide the Service requested by the client
・cases based on laws and regulations
